This Privacy Policy explains how CLIMED handles information when authorized clinics use the CLIMED clinic media workflow, including information accessed through Google Drive.
CLIMED is a secure clinic media workflow application designed for authorized healthcare teams to organize, import, process, and manage clinic media.
A clinic may choose to connect an authorized Google Drive account to CLIMED.
CLIMED requests the following Google Drive permission:

This permission allows CLIMED to view and download files from the authorized Google Drive account.
When Google Drive integration is enabled, CLIMED may process:
Google user data is used only to provide and secure the CLIMED clinic media workflow requested by the authorized clinic, including:
CLIMED does not use Google user data for advertising, behavioral profiling, marketing profiles, credit decisions, or sale to third parties.
Imported media may undergo controlled processing before it becomes available in the clinic workspace.
Processing may include media validation, removal of embedded metadata such as EXIF information, media normalization, integrity verification, and creation of a processed media object.
Imported clinic media and associated records may be retained for as long as required for the authorized clinic workflow and applicable retention requirements.
Temporary processing copies are retained only as necessary for processing, validation, recovery, or controlled deletion and are removed according to the CLIMED processing lifecycle when no longer required.
CLIMED is designed to isolate resources by clinic account. Access to clinic media and associated records is restricted to authorized clinic resources and credentials.
CLIMED applies technical safeguards intended to protect imported media and prevent unauthorized cross-clinic access.
CLIMED does not sell Google user data or clinic media.
Information may be processed by infrastructure or service providers only where necessary to operate CLIMED, maintain security, provide the requested service, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
CLIMED's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Users may revoke CLIMED's Google authorization at any time through their Google Account security and permissions settings.
After authorization is revoked, CLIMED will no longer be able to make future Google Drive API requests using that authorization.
Authorized users may contact CLIMED to request information about deletion of data associated with their CLIMED account, subject to applicable legal, security, operational, and clinic retention requirements.
We may update this Privacy Policy when CLIMED's services, integrations, legal requirements, or privacy practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material revisions are made.
